REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you’d like to return an item to Spark Mushroom Coffee, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a prepaid return shipping label.
How to Start a Return
Simply follow these steps:
Contact us through one of the following methods to let us know you’d like a refund and which item(s) you wish to return:

Please note: We do not process return requests through phone calls or voice messages.
- You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24–48 hours of your request.
- Place the unopened product(s) in a secure box or mailer and ship it back to us using the prepaid return label provided.
- Once we receive your return and it has been processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please use only the return shipping label we provide to ensure your package reaches the correct warehouse.
Items shipped to an incorrect address or without authorization are not eligible for refund.
All returned products will be fully inspected before a refund is approved.
Items must be unopened and the seal completely intact to qualify for a refund.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of delivery, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
Spark Mushroom Coffee is not responsible for duplicate orders placed online by the customer.
Undelivered Or Returned Shipments
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may choose one of the following options:
- Request a full refund for the products ordered, or
- Have the order resent at no additional shipping cost.
This does not apply to refused packages. Please see the “Refused Packages” section below.
Refused Packages
We recommend that you accept your delivery and contact us immediately if there’s an issue rather than refusing it.
If you refuse a package for any reason other than visible damage, you may receive a refund only if the package is returned to our warehouse.
If your package is refused due to damage or arrives with visible defects, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we can:
- Refund the full cost of your order (including any shipping fees), or
- Send a replacement order at no additional charge.
If you discover damaged or defective items after opening your package, please contact us immediately.
Examples include:
- A damaged seal causing leakage
- Torn or punctured packaging
We’ll send a prepaid return label and process either a refund or replacement once the damaged product is received back.
Please notify us if you refuse a shipment so we can monitor its return.
Refused shipments can sometimes be lost in transit. If your refused order is not returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.
Always use a return label generated by our customer service team to guarantee your refund eligibility.

A few important notes:
- You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date to qualify.
- The Love-It Guarantee applies only to your first subscription order, not one-time purchases.
- If you open multiple bags of the same product, only one opened bag is eligible for refund.
- To claim your refund, simply follow the return steps above and request your prepaid return label.

- Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected by our warehouse.
